The Happiest Class on Earth program returns for its second year in Anaheim elementary schools! Last year, more than 4,300 sixth-grade students from 45 Anaheim elementary schools gave back to their schools and local communities in a variety of ways. Classes raised approximately $14,000 for local charitable causes, picked up trash at 11 Anaheim parks and collected more than 2,000 of cans of food for nonprofit organizations, among many other causes.
As the new school year begins, classes will brainstorm and plan service projects to make a positive impact on their school or community. As inspiration, the Disneyland Resort will reward students with a Disneyland Resort Park Hopper ticket for completing these acts of service.
