Disneyland Resort partners annually with “it’s a small world” sponsor, SYLVANIA, to host one special family at Disneyland park, who officially kicks-off the holidays by lighting “it’s a small world” Holiday for the first time of the season.
This year, Marine Corps. Staff Sgt. Mark Plummer from Palmdale, Calif., who earned a Purple Heart Medal for his service in Iraq, and his family were identified with the help of Operation Homefront, a nonprofit organization that provides support and assistance to military families.
