Disneyland Resort cast members participated in a health and fitness challenge to inspire healthy eating and living. Cast members submitted recipes for the most healthy and easy-to-make meal. The winning recipe, Disneyland Hotel Bell Services Manager Ken Shrouts’ turkey tacos, was shared Resortwide to encourage more than 26,000 cast members to make it at home.
Shrouts then went whisk-to-whisk in a healthy meal cook-off with three Disneyland Resort chefs to create a dish that fellow cast members can create at home. Chef Caine Littrell, pictured second from the left, won the challenge with his creation Halibut with Bulgur Wheat Salad.
