Runners from all 50 states and 19 countries raced through Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks, Angel Stadium and the streets of Anaheim during the 7th Annual Disneyland Half Marathon on September 2. More than 17,000 registered runners ages 14-78 participated in this popular weekend event, which brings between $20 million to $30 million in economic impact to the local community. Jimmy Grabow, from Running Springs, Calif., set a new record for the race, finishing in 1:05:29, nearly two minutes faster than the previous mark. Cindy Lynch, from Cardiff, Calif., took home the women’s title with a time of 1:24:45.
